Review: I bought a couple of these from Woot. com to video chat with family. We use PCs so we had not see the compatibility issues Mac users may experience. For us it was a breeze Web cam set up and use. Just be sure to be to install the software before plugging the camera into the computer. If it directly into a connector on the back of a laptop, the neck is just long enough to look for the camera on the screen. Rating: 5.5
