<description>I did not purchase this exact model, but the 7&quot; one, and I was delighted to find it was compatible with Apple/Mac OS. Before I had bought this brand, I had read many reviews and several complained that when used with Macs that during the slideshow, every second photo was a blank. There was a complicated work-around for this by deleting certain files etc. - something that I knew I would not do on a regular basis. I bought a couple frames on trial, but both had the &quot;empty&quot; photos, so returned them. The ADS I bought I found at Sam&#039;s Club. It comes with two frames and its many options are excellent. (Overal size with larger wooden frame is appr. 10&quot;x6&quot;) I only wanted to use it for still photos for my mother-in-law who lives in Ireland and I wanted to be able to send her memory cards on a regular basis. I was just visiting there and set the whole thing up and it works fine with 220 current, as it has a transformer built into the plug. The movie and music feature were good too, but I only tested them, and did not leave any of them on the frame. I also removed the sample movie, which took up some internal memory. Oh yes! there is a 128 MB built memory, which would be sufficient if you were using the frame for yourself and could readily change the photos.
I uploaded photos onto the frame two different ways. I put the memory card into my printer and then transferred photos directly from iPhoto, by the drag and drop method. I also connected my computer directly to the frame and its internal memory, plus the memory card showed up on my desktop. Again just used the drag and drop method.
The order in which the photos appear seem to be rather random - could not find out exactly how they were chosen! But what I did find out is that you can create folders, and the system does keep the folders in order. I only tried that once, so there might be even more subfolders that I could have used. When I next prepare a memory card for my mother-in-law, I will test the folder/sub-folder system and see what I can do with it. The only fault I could find with is that the words on the remote were written ABOVE not below each button, which is confusing. I could not figure out why I kept hitting the wrong button, until I realized that in most remotes the words are written BELOW the button! But once I figured that out, it was fine!
The overall size was nice also - as one does not want a frame that is too large, this one fits nicely on any size coffee table or curio shelf. I would highly recommend this frame. You can contact me if you need further info.

<description>I brought a few different frames and used USB sticks for photos, video, and music to give as gifts. I was doubtful as I had not heard of this brand. The image &amp; video quality on this frame was on par with the sony and the sound was exceptional the rest. Great Frame!
