What site is a good movie downloading site with new good movies?

I’d like it to be High Definition and a lot of movies, and I wouldn’t mind paying. Just it has to be a reasonable price, not like 70$ a month or anything.
I want to download movie’s like the new Twilight movie for example. I also want to burn them onto a DVD.
