Movies play on other media players, but on Windows Media Player no sound. I called Sony and they said it was “Microsoft problem”, but I do not agree, it is the customer the problem and they refused to help. Stay away from this quirky pos. Rating: 1 / 5

The missus bought, and I’m used to it, and downloaded videos. The colors are washed out. Not appear to surpass each a specific task.
