I have purchased 3 or 4 cameras of this type for use in the workplace. I have 2 types of helmet cameras, the kind of working order, but this one knocks it out of the park The case is built like a tank, it is very easy to use. The voice activated function is great. I use an 8GB chip in me, I can not have the quality I’ve heard talk about problems when using the 2gig chip that ships. The I used it the last few days, test it with the clip assembly to get it under my rear view mirror clip to the front and I can tell you there’s no police dashboard cameras that can strike the video. The camera focuses perfectly through the windshield and the viewing angle is wide enough to capture a perfect scene. Low light is great, they are used on a shooting range yesterday, and after I figured out the correct placement of the videos were great even in reduced lighting. If you have a tiny camera with great quality this is the one. My only complaint was when I started the driver disk, I always com had a lot of mistakes and googling before I could not install off. I put the camera in another computer without installing the drivers and it worked well. I assume you will need the driver if you are using this as a web camera, but this is a waste of a large piece of equipment. Audio is a weak point and wind noise audio sweep. If you go, you can use this as a cruiser cam not sure how you would get external audio, but it will be picked up the video well. I highly recommend it. Rating: 5 / 5
