I got this for at Best Buy, which is by far the lowest price I’ve ever payed for video of this quality. In normal and outdoor lighting conditions, this camcorder comes close to the Flip. In low light, there’s a lot to wish for, but who’s complaining for this price?

This camera is very handy for on-the-go video, and has yet to fail me. Just be sure to have some spare AAA batteries on you, and you’re good to go.

After about an hour or so, the 4 AAA batteries died, so I replaced them. Then it wouldn’t start up. At all.

Other than that it worked OK. Video quality’s good, audio isn’t terrible, considering the mic is at the back rather than the front. Was a pain converting the .mov files to something else, but that’s not the camcorder’s fault.

Not a bad deal for its price, though mine was defective.
